Where your information is handled

Our team works from Sri Lanka, so information you give us may be accessed and processed outside your country, including in Sri Lanka. Client work is carried out inside your own cloud accounting software wherever possible, using access you grant and can remove at any time. Our website and enquiry forms are hosted by Tilda Publishing, and form submissions are stored on that platform.

How we protect it

We limit access to client information to the team members working on your account, and we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before work begins. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to deliver our services (for example with your accountant or registered agent, at your request), with service providers who support our business, or where the law requires it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by emailing [email protected].

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or concern about how we handle your information, contact us at [email protected] or +94 76 799 1917. We will respond as soon as we can. If you are in Australia and not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
